I put myself through school and had a successful 25-year career in Finance. But for a long time, I thought that working hard meant I had to sacrifice many of life’s basic joys. Fortunately, I figured out I was wrong.

My driving ambition, the thing that propels me out of bed every morning, is to build a new generation of leaders. More successful, more human, and more fulfilled than the ones prior.
